Shlomi Palnitsky

Born in 1971, married and father of three daughters.

In his education, he has a bachelor's degree in logistics and economics from Bar Ilan University and a master's degree in administration and national security at Haifa University.

Started diving in 1990 and since then progressed up to the level of diving instructor, technical diving instructor and CCR instructor*.

Shlomi is a veteran technical diver who took an active part in the developing of technical diving in Israel.

As part of the development and training team of The Israeli Diving Federation (TIDF), he participated in the development of technical diving training programs,

CCR training programs as well as in the development of additional advanced scuba specialties and is currently engaged in the development and upgrading of training aids

and study material for various levels of scuba diving courses.

In addition to his instructor training level in the TIDF, he also serves as:

PSI-PCI Visual Cylinder instructor.

DAN Europe instructor's trainer 

OCAEN REEF full face mask instructor's trainer

MARES Lab (technician) instructor
